The Quebec Veterans Foundation is a non-profit organization that provides financial assistance to organizations who aim to help the more than 120,000 Veterans residing in Quebec. Our focus currently includes Veterans suffering with PTSD and/or other operational stress injuries, homelessness, unemployment and Veterans in long-term care.

In constant evolution, the Quebec Veterans Foundation transformed itself in 2017 to optimize its direct impact with the largest possible number of veterans living in Quebec.

By preserving and solidifying its historic foundations at Sainte Anne’s Hospital, our organization is spreading its wings and participating in promising programs that meet the needs of veterans suffering from Operational Stress Injuries (OSI), such as post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

Our Mission

To support programs that positively impact quality of life for veterans experiencing difficulties in transitioning to civilian life.

Our Vision

The men and women who have served their country should be given every opportunity to live with pride and dignity and become positive contributors to their communities in a civilian context.

Board of Directors

The Quebec Veterans Foundation fully embraces its new role to help all veterans in Quebec. We are proud to have extended our mission to include programming and to reach more veterans who are experiencing difficulties, whether it be with homelessness, suffering from PTSD, or having difficulties in transitioning to civil life.

Our offices, located in the heart of Sainte Anne’s Hospital, allow us to remain close and fully abreast of the needs of both Second World War and Korean War veterans, as well as more than 1,200 veterans who come from across the province for treatment at the Operational Stress Injury clinics. In addition, our partnership with the Respect Forum, Veterans Affairs Canada, Old Brewery Mission and Veterans Transition Network allow us to work in collaboration to ensure that we can collectively fill the gaps between the services a veteran can access and what is actually needed. Our most important partners, however, are our donors.

Without you, we are not able to deliver on our commitment to helping these deserving women and men. Thank you for your contributions and please keep them in your thoughts throughout the year.
